SSL Certificates
Pulsewise monitors the SSL/TLS certificates on your sites to ensure they're valid, properly configured, and not about to expire.
Available on: Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans Default frequency: Every 72 hours
What Pulsewise checks
Each certificate health check connects to your site and inspects the SSL certificate:
- Certificate expiry — Alerts you when your certificate is approaching its expiration date
- Certificate chain — Validates that the full certificate chain is properly configured
- Certificate changes — Detects when a certificate is replaced or modified, including issuer changes
- Domain coverage — Verifies which domains the certificate covers
Expiry alerts
Pulsewise sends a notification when your certificate is within 7 days of expiring. If the certificate expires without renewal, an additional notification is sent.
Certificate details
The certificate health page shows detailed information about your current certificate:
- Issuer (e.g. Let's Encrypt, DigiCert)
- Valid from / valid until dates
- Days remaining until expiry
- Domains covered by the certificate
